Give Praise to God for ...

• Final confirmation of all arrangements regarding the use of Evangel College, Tseung Kwan O, as the venue for the CBIBC Saddle Ridge Ranch Vacation Bible School (VBS), July 26-30. Praise too for those who have registered to serve as voluteer helpers.
• Those registered to travel to Cambodia for a missions visit to Hope House Education Centre, Kompong Speu province, 2-6 June.

• The missions and evangelism ministries of CBIBC locally and around the world.
• CBIBC Saddle Ridge Ranch Vacation Bible School (VBS), July 26-30 held in Evangel College. Pray for all the preparation, the advertisement, the coordination and cooperation with Brentwood Baptist Church! Also pray for volunteers in our church!
• The continuing spiritual growth of brothers and sisters who are recently baptised.
• Our World: The situations in China arising from the recent drought, mining disaster, earthquake in Yushu, Qinghai province, and the stabbing incidents in two schools this past week, when several children and teachers died and many were injured. In addition, there is the huge oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico, the collapse of the economy in Greece, the fighting and carnage on the streets of Thailand, the major cyclone in West Bengal, India, and the recent tornado in Mississippi, USA. Pray for governments, individuals, and families impacted by these serious situations. Also, continue to pray for the people in Haiti, Chile, Turkey, Mexico and Indonesia affected by recent earthquakes. In all of these disasters tens of thousands of people have been injured and many have died. Ask God to comfort the injured and those who lost loved ones. Pray for all agencies and people engaged in relief work, especially the help provided through local churches giving emergency medical care, essential food supplies, and spiritual counsel. Ask God to use and bless the work being done through churches and missionaries serving in the countries and regions where these natural disasters and other serious incidents have occurred.
